Handing over the duties of Commander of Chau Phu District Military Command

According to the decision of the Minister of National Defense , Senior Lieutenant Colonel Huynh Hoang Son (Commander of Chau Phu District Military Command) retired before the age limit, enjoying the regime according to Decree 178/2024/ND-CP, dated December 31, 2024. The Commander's duties were handed over to Lieutenant Colonel Le Phuong Nam (Deputy Commander, Chief of Staff of the District Military Command).

At the conference, Lieutenant Colonel Huynh Hoang Son approved the handover minutes, including: The Commander's duties; organization, staff; Party organization, Party members; quality of cadres, employees, non-commissioned officers - soldiers, militia and self-defense forces, reserve mobilization; mass organizations, military councils; weapons, technical equipment, assets, materials, means; budget, capital fund, party finance, gasoline; national defense land; results of the implementation of tasks of the District Military Command in the past time and some other tasks.

Speaking at the handover conference, Colonel Thach Thanh Tu praised the contributions of Lieutenant Colonel Huynh Hoang Son during his time working in the locality; hoping that he would always maintain the will of a military officer, promote the qualities of "Uncle Ho's soldiers", demonstrate exemplary spirit, and contribute many ideas in implementing the movement in the locality.

At the same time, we believe that Lieutenant Colonel Le Phuong Nam, with his own mettle and experience, will work with the Party Committee, Command Board, officers and soldiers of Chau Phu district's armed forces to build a comprehensively strong unit, "Exemplary model", successfully carry out local military and defense tasks, and excellently complete assigned duties and tasks.
