Handover and operation of the wastewater collection system and treatment plant of Tam Hiep urban area

The Provincial People's Committee requested the People's Committee of Nui Thanh district to urgently direct and assign tasks to the affiliated specialized units to coordinate with the Project Management Board for investment in construction of traffic works, relevant agencies and units to operate, test run, access information about the project, grasp the operation process, maintain items and equipment of the Tam Hiep urban area wastewater collection system and treatment plant under the Chu Lai, Nui Thanh urban environment improvement project in June 2024. From there, proceed to receive and organize the selection of the official management and operation unit after the handover (expected at the end of June 2024) according to the direction of the Provincial People's Committee.

At the same time, arrange funding from the district's regular budget or advise and report to competent authorities to supplement funding to ensure the organization, management and operation of the project in accordance with regulations.
The Project Management Board for Traffic Construction Investment is responsible for directing the construction unit and related units to coordinate and support the People's Committee of Nui Thanh district during the trial run, and guiding the warranty and maintenance process for the unit receiving the project.
If necessary, the construction unit is requested to continue to organize management, operation, and guidance for the People's Committee of Nui Thanh district and the receiving unit during the time when the capacity to receive and operate is not yet guaranteed.
The Provincial People's Committee also assigned the Department of Construction, the Department of Finance and relevant departments, branches and units according to their functions and tasks to coordinate, monitor and guide the People's Committee of Nui Thanh district and the Project Management Board for investment in construction of traffic works in the process of handing over and receiving works and organizing management and operation in accordance with regulations.
Review and advise the Provincial People's Committee to direct related contents to ensure the reception, management and operation of projects are safe, continuous and promote investment efficiency.
