Wistron Infocomm (Vietnam) Co., Ltd. is a 100% Taiwanese (China) invested enterprise, investing in Dong Van III Industrial Park since 2021 with a total investment capital of over 360 million USD and a land area of over 23 hectares. The enterprise specializes in designing and manufacturing information and communication technology equipment, laptops, tablets and other electronic products. The enterprise currently employs over 6,500 workers and is expected to increase to 10,000 by the end of 2025.

Speaking at the conference, Mr. Lin Su - Ming, General Director of Wistron Infocomm (Vietnam) Co., Ltd. highly appreciated the investment environment of Ha Nam province and sincerely thanked the attention, companionship and active support from the government and functional departments of the province during the process of Wistron Infocomm investing and operating in the province. The leaders of Wistron Infocomm (Vietnam) Co., Ltd. presented the difficulties and problems in the operation process related to the issue of foreign experts' entry; labor recruitment; customs clearance of goods; quality of electricity supply; traffic safety in the industrial park; logistics services, warehouses for renting and storing goods... At the same time, he recommended and proposed to the Provincial Industrial Park Management Board and functional departments of the province a number of contents: Research and install additional traffic lights and pedestrian crossings; soon construct and open the road west of Wistron factory, creating convenience for workers and vehicles; increase the number of bus stations in the industrial park; Provide businesses with information, list of factories for rent, warehouses for goods storage in the area...

With a plan to increase production output by 30%, need about 200 more foreign experts and recruit more than 3,000 workers in the coming time, Wistron Infocomm hopes that the provincial authorities will pay attention to supporting and creating favorable conditions in terms of procedures for the team of experts to soon enter the country to work at the factory; support businesses in recruiting enough unskilled workers to meet production requirements. In response to the recommendations and proposals of Wistron Infocomm (Vietnam) Co., Ltd., the leaders of the Provincial Industrial Park Management Board requested Dong Van III Industrial Park Infrastructure Development Investment Joint Stock Company to coordinate with Duy Tien town to quickly install traffic lights in Dong Van III Industrial Park. As for the Northern Power Construction Consulting Joint Stock Company, it is necessary to have solutions to invest in infrastructure, ensuring electricity supply to serve production for enterprises in Dong Van III Industrial Park in general, and for Wistron Infocomm (Vietnam) Co., Ltd. in particular. To facilitate business operations, the Provincial Industrial Park Management Board will also send an official dispatch requesting the People's Committee of Duy Tien town to soon deploy the construction of the western road of the factory.
