Reporting on the review of conditions to ensure service for the Tenth Session, Director of the General Department Phan Thi Thuy Linh said that due to the nature, scale and large volume of work at the Tenth Session, the work of ensuring consultation and service was proactively deployed early by the units, regularly reviewed and promptly adjusted in accordance with the provisions of Resolution No. 71/2022/QH15 promulgating the Internal Regulations of the National Assembly Session (amended and supplemented by Resolution No. 208/2025/QH15).

Regarding the Session Program, which has been built to ensure compliance with the provisions of Article 6 of Resolution No. 71/2022/QH15; the Party Committee of the National Assembly has asked for the opinion of the Politburo . Based on the direction of Vice Chairman of the National Assembly Nguyen Khac Dinh in Notice No. 3661/TB-VPQH dated October 6, 2025, it has been received, completed, and submitted to the leaders of the Office of the National Assembly to report to the Standing Committee of the National Assembly for comments at the 50th Session.

Regarding consulting and preparing documents to be submitted to the National Assembly for voting to approve the Session's agenda at the Preparatory Session; receiving and completing reports to be submitted to the National Assembly at the Session are also expected to be received and completed before the opening day.

During the Session, we will actively prepare contents such as: Draft Reports of the National Assembly Standing Committee and other documents to submit to the National Assembly to adjust the Session agenda (if any during the Session); develop a daily program scenario... Regarding the consultation on the development of a Joint Resolution at the upcoming Tenth Session, we are currently developing a draft Implementation Plan. After having a tentative Session Agenda, we will continue to update and expect to submit it to the Standing Deputy Head of the Office of the National Assembly for signing and promulgation.

The work of reviewing the conditions to ensure the Session is also being urgently implemented.

In particular, the documents of the Session have been updated on the Internal Information Page of the Office of the National Assembly and the National Assembly App; the documents of the Session have been updated on the National Assembly App 2.0 and sent to the National Assembly Deputies; the work of organizing research, compiling, synthesizing information and reference documents has been carried out, and sent to the National Assembly Deputies.

Regarding information and propaganda work, the key tasks to be implemented include coordinating the organization of periodic press conferences; issuing a project on organizing information and press propaganda work on the Session; contents serving domestic and international press conferences on the expected content and program of the Session; preparing conditions for organizing and operating the Session Press Center on the B1 floor of the National Assembly House; organizing the issuance of press cards, informing reporters of regulations on working positions, uniforms, and attitudes when attending and reporting on the Session. The People's Representative Newspaper organizes information and publishes propaganda articles on the Session.
