Pursuant to the provisions of Clause 5, Article 2 of Decree 78/2025/ND-CP dated April 1, 2025 guiding the implementation of the Law on promulgation of legal documents, the Ministry of Industry and Trade's Information Portal publishes a report summarizing, explaining, and receiving opinions from agencies and organizations on the draft Circular regulating the preparation and approval of risk management plans in mineral exploitation.
