According to the plan, the above land has an auction area of ​​about 6 thousand square ^meters , planned for commercial service land. The land use term is 50 years, from the date the Provincial People's Committee issues a decision to recognize the winning auction of land use rights.

The Provincial People's Committee assigned the Department of Agriculture and Environment to establish procedures to determine the starting price for land auctions to submit to the Provincial People's Committee for approval. After having the starting price, the Provincial Land Fund Development Center will establish procedures to transfer the dossier to the Department of Agriculture and Environment to advise the Provincial People's Committee to issue a decision on land use rights auction.

According to the plan, this year the Provincial People's Committee will auction 37 land plots; up to this point, there are 3 land plots that meet all conditions for auction.
