Vice Chairman of Lam Dong Provincial People's Committee Vo Ngoc Hiep, leaders of the Provincial People's Committee Office, Department of Science and Technology and Provincial Public Administration Service Center received the delegation, reported on the preparation work and conditions ready for the operation of the Provincial and Commune Public Administration Service Centers after the merger.

Informing the working delegation of the Government Office, Mr. Nguyen Huu Tuan - Acting Director of the Public Administration Service Center, under the Office of the Lam Dong Provincial People's Committee, said that up to this point, the unit has fully prepared the conditions to ensure the implementation of assigned tasks.

The Office of Lam Dong Provincial People's Committee has coordinated with the same-level units of Binh Thuan and Dak Nong provinces to organize 3 training sessions on using the information system to handle administrative procedures (TTHC) for officials, civil servants, and public employees of departments, branches, localities, and units of the 3 provinces.

The leaders of the three localities have agreed on the new Lam Dong Provincial Public Administration Service Center to have its headquarters at three locations: the main headquarters in Xuan Huong Ward - Da Lat (headquarters in Ward 4, old Da Lat City) and maintain two facilities at the old Dak Nong and Binh Thuan Provincial Public Administration Service Centers.

The leaders of Lam Dong Provincial Public Administration Service Center also gave a preliminary report on the expected number of cadres, civil servants, public employees, and workers working at the new unit as well as the conditions of machinery, equipment, etc. Regarding the implementation and publication of the list of administrative procedures, the unit has completed the publication of 2,295 administrative procedures, including 1,826 provincial-level administrative procedures and 433 commune-level administrative procedures in 22 Decisions of the Provincial People's Committee Chairman.

Regarding the issuance of numbers for cadres, civil servants and public employees, the Department of Science and Technology is currently reviewing, comparing, synthesizing the number of issuances and renewals, ensuring the correct time according to regulations.

In particular, for the testing, piloting and operating of the system, the whole province has tested public services and provided 1,962 online public services on the National Public Service Portal. Currently, the locality is continuing to coordinate with the Government Office to deploy the test on the official system and continue to provide online public services.

After inspecting the facilities and listening to the leaders of Lam Dong Provincial People's Committee's preliminary report on the preparation, operation and testing work in the past time, Mr. Pham Manh Cuong highly appreciated the proactive work of Lam Dong province in implementing the announcement, publicizing administrative procedures and organizing the operation of the new provincial and commune-level Public Administration Service Center, ready for official operation.

The Deputy Head of the Government Office requested the leaders of Lam Dong Provincial People's Committee to continue to pay attention to and direct the Public Administration Service Centers at the provincial and communal levels, closely following legal documents on authority and procedures for implementing administrative procedures , meeting the requirements for arranging administrative units and implementing the 2-level local government organization model.
