On the morning of April 21, the People's Committee of Bao Loc City assigned the City Construction Investment Project Management Board and relevant agencies to coordinate with the Lam Dong Province Property Auction Service Center to organize an auction of 20 public land lots in Quarter 9 under the detailed planning for the construction of the expanded Central Urban Area of Ward 1. Each lot has an area of 68 ^m2 , with a starting price of 1.632 billion VND. The total starting price of these 20 lots is 32.64 billion VND.

The auction had more than 250 individuals submitting registration documents to participate. The auction results showed that all 20 lots were successfully bid by individuals, with a total winning bid of 51.78 million VND (an increase of more than 19.14 billion VND compared to the starting price); in which, the auction lot increased the lowest by 648 million VND compared to the starting price; the auction lot increased the highest by 1.408 billion VND compared to the starting price.

From this auction result, Bao Loc City Construction Investment Project Management Board will coordinate with the Department of Natural Resources and Environment to complete the procedures for the City People's Committee to issue a decision to recognize the auction results of land use rights for the auction winner according to regulations.

Previously, on March 28, Bao Loc City also successfully auctioned 26 public land lots in 2 areas: Quarter 9 under the detailed planning for the construction of the expanded Central Urban Area of Ward 1 and the residential area of Nguyen Khuyen Street, Ward 2. The auction results of these 26 land lots collected a total of 54,315 billion VND (an increase of more than 13.6 billion VND compared to the starting price).
