The festival was held from April 23 to 25 at 3 locations: the old Da Huoai District People's Committee Hall, the Da Huoai District Cultural Information and Sports Center Hall and the old Cat Tien District Party Committee and People's Committee Hall, with the participation of hundreds of singers and non-professional artists in the district.

Within the framework of the Festival, the units brought special singing, dancing and music performances, with content expressing the heroic and indomitable spirit of the entire Party, the entire army and the entire people during the resistance war against the American invaders, liberating the South and unifying the country; praising the glorious Party, beloved Uncle Ho, praising the cause of building and defending the Fatherland and homeland in the period of innovation and international integration today.

The performances also expressed the traditional cultural identity of each region in the beautiful homeland of Vietnam. In particular, they praised the nation's revolutionary struggle tradition, the stature, great historical value, and the great and profound significance of the Liberation of the South and National Reunification Day on April 30; the current renovation and international integration; the aspiration to rise up for a strong and prosperous Vietnam; and the New Era - the Era of national growth.
The art festival attracted a large number of officials and people in the district to cheer.
