At 1:00 p.m. tomorrow (November 28), the center of storm No. 13 will be in the western sea area of the central East Sea, about 250km northwest of Song Tu Tay Island.
From the next 72 to 120 hours, the storm will move slowly to the Northwest at a speed of 3-5km/h, then it is likely to change direction to the West at a speed of 5-10km/h and its intensity will continue to weaken. Due to the influence of storm No. 15, the central area of the East Sea (including the sea area north of Truong Sa special zone) will have strong winds of level 7-9; the area near the storm's center will have strong winds of level 10-12, gusting to level 15; waves 4.0-6.0m high, the area near the storm's center will have waves of 7.0-9.0m; the sea will be rough.
From early morning and on November 28, the offshore waters from Gia Lai to Khanh Hoa will have strong winds of level 6-7, then increasing to level 8, gusting to level 9-10, waves 5.0-7.0m high, and rough seas. Ships operating in the above-mentioned dangerous areas are likely to be affected by storms, whirlwinds, strong winds, and large waves.
