
According to the Notice of the Working Group assisting the Central Steering Committee on science and technology development, innovation and digital transformation, the Ministry of Justice is assigned to preside over and coordinate with the Ministry of Public Security, the Ministry of Science and Technology, and the Government Office to develop statistical forms and review all administrative procedures under the management of ministries, branches, and localities at 3 levels of government: central, provincial, and communal levels.
In addition to reviewing all administrative procedures, the key tasks that the four agencies must perform are to guide the standardization of electronic dossier components, identify application forms and declarations that need to be converted to e-Forms; standardize internal processes and electronic processes; establish relationships between procedures, results, data and dossier components that can be exploited and reused from national and specialized databases to replace paper documents when these databases are in operation.
