On the morning of September 8, in the joyful atmosphere of the first days of the new school year, amidst the deep green mountains and forests of Cao Bang , the joy of teachers and students of Binh Lang school - Doc Lap Primary School (Doc Lap commune) seemed to be multiplied. Here, VietNamNet Newspaper in collaboration with Giao Hang Tiet Kiem Joint Stock Company solemnly held the handover ceremony of Binh Lang school project.

Attending the ceremony were Ms. Nong Thi Ha - Deputy Minister of Ethnic Minorities and Religions ; Mr. Nguyen Van Ba - Editor-in-Chief of VietNamNet newspaper; Mr. Hoang Van Thach - Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee and representatives of the Departments and Branches of Cao Bang province.
Binh Lang school belongs to Doc Lap Primary School, a school with 5 classes and 109 students, located in the area of hamlet 3, with particularly difficult socio-economic conditions. Previously, most of the classrooms were degraded, not ensuring aesthetics and safety for teachers and students during the teaching and learning process.

Understanding those difficulties and concerns, implementing the policy of socialization to care for the education cause, especially education in remote areas, VietNamNet newspaper together with Giao Hang Tiet Kiem Joint Stock Company supported 400 million VND for Binh Lang school to carry out the project of upgrading and renovating classrooms. With continuous efforts, on August 19, the project was officially completed, bringing a new, spacious appearance to the small school located in the middle of a vast green field surrounded by rocky mountains.
Sharing at the ceremony, a representative of VietNamNet newspaper said that this is an annual activity of the newspaper and the sponsoring unit at the beginning of each new school year. The activity carries the desire to send encouragement and motivation to teachers and students in remote areas across the country.

Previously, after VietNamNet newspaper and the sponsoring unit grasped the school's situation, Giao Hang Tiet Kiem Joint Stock Company decided to support 400 million VND to build and upgrade Binh Lang school.
According to a representative of VietNamNet newspaper, in addition to carrying out the task of information and propaganda in all fields, the newspaper also carries out the mission of connecting the community and organizing many social and volunteer activities. In particular, the program to support the construction and renovation of schools in remote areas has been one of the highlights over the years. Each gift is not only material support but also conveys the community's affection and concern for the young generation - the future owners of the country.

Present in her hometown Cao Bang, directly witnessing the changes of the school and the radiant joy on the faces of the children, Deputy Minister of Ethnic Minorities and Religions Nong Thi Ha could not hide her emotions. She expressed her excitement when she saw that the school was more spacious and clean after receiving the help of VietNamNet newspaper and the sponsoring unit.
Deputy Minister Nong Thi Ha affirmed that this is a great and timely encouragement for teachers and students of Binh Lang school in particular and Doc Lap primary school in general right from the first days of the new school year 2025-2026.

Recalling memories of the school, Deputy Minister Nong Thi Ha said that Doc Lap Primary School is the place that trained many cadres who are currently working in Doc Lap commune. Therefore, she believes that: "The upgrading and renovation of classrooms by VietNamNet newspaper and Giao Hang Tiet Kiem Joint Stock Company will contribute to reviving the school, continuing the mission of nurturing the future young people of the country".
Deputy Minister Nong Thi Ha also affirmed that VietNamNet newspaper is a reliable and prestigious source of information, attracting a large number of readers. In addition to its information and propaganda tasks, the newspaper has regularly participated in social security activities, thereby understanding and sympathizing more with ethnic minorities in the highlands. The inauguration of this project is one of the meaningful social security activities, although the material value is not too large, it has a great spiritual meaning right on the occasion of the school opening.
The Deputy Minister hopes that in the next stage, with its mission, VietNamNet newspaper will pay more attention, love and share with ethnic minority areas.

She also advised the students that after receiving new encouragement, they should try their best to study well to become good children and good students, and to enrich their knowledge so that they can return to build their homeland in the future.
On the inauguration day, Ms. Han Thi Thuy - Head of Communications, Giao Hang Tiet Kiem Joint Stock Company said that the company was very moved to be present at the inauguration ceremony of the new school today. At the ceremony, delegates performed the ribbon-cutting ceremony to inaugurate the project, planted souvenir trees and presented practical gifts to 109 students of the school.

In particular, with personal feelings, Deputy Minister of Ethnic Minorities and Religions Nong Thi Ha presented the school with 2 televisions to serve the teaching and learning activities of teachers and students of Binh Lang school, bringing great joy and encouragement.
