During the investigation, Duong Tri Phat confessed that, using the same method, from the beginning of 2024 until now, he has successfully carried out 7 thefts of sports bicycles; then, he posted them on social networks to sell at cheap prices, in order to earn money for himself.

Although the method is not new, people's negligence in protecting their property has unintentionally created loopholes for thieves to commit their crimes.
