According to the granted environmental license, Dong Nai Hospital - 2 (Binh Da Ward), has an area of ​​nearly 20 thousand m2 ^, with a scale of 700 inpatient beds and 2.5 outpatient examinations/day. This is a facility according to the criteria of Group B projects (classified according to the criteria prescribed by law on public investment projects).

The content of the environmental license and the accompanying environmental protection requirements are to discharge wastewater into the environment and comply with environmental protection requirements; comply with environmental protection requirements on emissions according to regulations; comply with environmental protection requirements on noise and vibration; requirements on waste management, prevention and response to environmental incidents according to the environmental license dossier.

The Provincial People's Committee requires Dong Nai - 2 Hospital Joint Stock Company to only be allowed to carry out the licensed contents after completing the corresponding environmental protection works. Regularly and properly operate waste treatment works to ensure that the waste after treatment meets environmental technical standards; take measures to minimize noise and vibration to meet environmental protection requirements, and manage waste according to the provisions of law.

Be responsible before the law when pollutants, noise, and vibration do not meet the requirements of the granted environmental license and must immediately stop discharging wastewater, exhaust gas, generating noise and vibration to take remedial measures according to the provisions of law.

Fully comply with the environmental protection requirements in this environmental license and the provisions of the law on environmental protection. Promptly report to the environmental licensing authority and competent authorities in case of environmental incidents, or during the implementation process, there are changes different from the contents of the granted environmental license.

License term is 10 years, from April 18, 2025.

At the end of March, Dong Nai - 2 Hospital Joint Stock Company was fined more than 300 million VND by the Provincial People's Committee for putting Dong Nai - 2 Hospital into operation without an environmental license as prescribed under the licensing authority of the Provincial People's Committee. The company has complied with the penalty decision as requested.
