
At the program, doctors and nurses of the Central Maternity Hospital organized health check-ups, consultations, and free medicine for people, and presented 25 gifts (each worth 1.8 million VND) to families of war invalids, sick soldiers, and meritorious people. In particular, the hospital also presented 60 million VND to support the construction and repair of houses for the family of war invalid Do Lai De in Ngoc Than village, Ngoc My commune.

Secretary of the Party Committee of Ngoc My Commune Nguyen Xuan Tuyen thanked the Central Maternity Hospital for its attention and practical support to the locality. He affirmed that this is an activity with profound humanitarian meaning, demonstrating the spirit of "When drinking water, remember its source", contributing to taking care of the material and spiritual life of people with revolutionary contributions in the locality.

The program is not only part of the series of activities to celebrate the 70th anniversary of the hospital's founding, but also a practical gratitude on the occasion of the 50th anniversary of the Liberation of the South and National Reunification.
