The Quang Ninh Provincial Delegation worked with units and businesses in Osaka, Japan.

As part of the working program at Quang Ninh EXPO 2025 Week and investment and tourism promotion in Osaka, Japan, on June 4th, the Quang Ninh provincial delegation, led by Ms. Bui Thuy Phuong, Member of the Standing Committee and Head of the Provincial Party Committee's Organization Department, held working sessions and meetings with Japanese units and businesses.

Comrade Bui Thuy Phuong, Member of the Standing Committee and Head of the Provincial Party Committee's Organization Department, delivered a speech at the working session with the Osaka Convention and Tourism Bureau of Japan.

Working with the Osaka Convention and Tourism Bureau of Japan, the delegation introduced the recent development of Quang Ninh province, especially its potential and strengths in sustainable tourism development. Regarding MICE (Meetings, Incentives, Conferences, and Exhibitions) tourism activities, Quang Ninh has recently welcomed over 3,000 international groups. Currently, many hotels in the province can accommodate MICE groups of over 1,000 guests, along with many new tourism services, products, and experiences favored by Japanese tourists. Quang Ninh province hopes that the Osaka Convention and Tourism Bureau will share valuable experiences and provide support and cooperation in organizing cultural exchange activities and events to promote tourism between Quang Ninh and Osaka, especially MICE tourism. During the meeting, both sides agreed to establish a point of contact for information exchange.

During a courtesy visit to Marubeni Group, a multi-faceted business operating in various sectors, from its core focus on power plant development to areas such as agriculture, coal import and export, textiles, footwear, and infrastructure development, the Quang Ninh delegation expressed their hope that the Group would connect with and introduce more corporations and businesses to invest in Quang Ninh.

The Quang Ninh Provincial delegation held a courtesy meeting with Nam Phat Group and its Japanese partner businesses.

During a courtesy visit to Nam Phat Group and its Japanese partners such as Metal One Corporation, Koizumi Vietnam Co., Ltd., and Osaka Steel, the Quang Ninh provincial delegation expressed hope that these entities would continue to engage in strategic cooperation, promote production and import/export, and thereby act as a bridge to help Quang Ninh province further strengthen its relationship with localities and businesses in Japan.
