Wanted in Milan reported that a 68-year-old Italian woman fell asleep in a cinema during the movie Cento Domeniche (One Hundred Sundays). No one noticed and everyone left after the screening, including the cinema staff.

Local media reported that the incident happened over the weekend at the Mignon cinema in Chiavari, a town in the Liguria region of northwestern Italy.

At that time, the theater staff were unaware of this and closed the theater. The 9:15 p.m. screening was also the last screening of the day.

The woman woke up after midnight to find herself alone in the dark, with the door locked from the outside. She then contacted emergency services.

Immediately after receiving the information, the rescue team mobilized firefighters and police to the screening room where the woman was trapped. Thanks to the coordination of the theater manager, this person was freed.

Explaining the unusual incident, the cinema management representative said that he had checked the cinema room as usual before closing, but did not discover the woman sleeping inside.
