According to the plan, along with the whole country, the 2025 high school graduation exam in Lao Cai will take place from June 25 to 27. The whole Lao Cai province has 9,271 candidates registered to take the exam. The province will organize 1 examination council, 27 examination sites located in districts, towns and cities (an increase of 1 examination site compared to 2024).
Specifically: Lao Cai city has 6 examination sites; Bac Ha, Bao Thang, Bao Yen, Muong Khuong, Van Ban each district has 3 examination sites; Bat Xat, Simacai districts and Sa Pa town each district has 2 examination sites. The whole province has 399 examination rooms and 14 waiting rooms to serve the organization of the exam.
Currently, preparations for the exam have been carried out synchronously at all exam locations, such as training for the exam; preparing facilities, means, and equipment according to regulations. Recognizing the importance of the 2025 high school graduation exam, Lao Cai province has closely followed the Central Government's instructions to lead, direct, and deploy preparation work with the goal of ensuring that the exam takes place in accordance with regulations, safely, seriously, and with quality, meeting the requirements and expectations of the people.
June 26 is the official exam day. The Provincial Party Secretary and Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee requested units and localities to closely follow the province's instructions and the Department of Education and Training's guidance, continue to review preparations for the exam, complete the posting of the candidate list and provide full instructions to candidates, creating a comfortable mindset for candidates to take the exam and achieve the best results.
The relevant authorities need to have plans to ensure safety, security, order, traffic safety, fire and explosion prevention, and effective solutions to prevent the use of high technology to cheat in exams, and absolutely not allow negativity to arise in the organization of exams; the health and electricity sectors support exam locations in terms of facilities, especially arranging medical rooms and backup generators to ensure service to exam locations.
In particular, there must be plans to deal with extreme weather (rain, floods) and unusual situations. The province will create favorable conditions and support candidates at the examination sites, and ensure that no candidate has to drop out of the exam due to financial difficulties, travel difficulties or other objective obstacles when taking the exam.
The Provincial Party Secretary and Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee hopes that parents will continue to encourage and motivate their children to practice test-taking skills, consolidate knowledge, and prepare mentally and physically to participate in the exam to achieve the highest results.
