
After reviewing and making statistics on the current situation of the organizational structure and staff organization of the two provinces, the total number of cadres, civil servants and public employees working in the new Ca Mau province (only counting the merged unit) is 5,620 people, of which: the number of cadres, civil servants and public employees from Bac Lieu returning to work in the (new) Ca Mau province on July 1 is 1,514 people; the number of cadres, civil servants and public employees staying in Bac Lieu to work is 1,560 people (returning to Ca Mau to work after September 1 is 431 more people).
Regarding the need to arrange working headquarters, the total number of headquarters arranged: 120 headquarters ( Ca Mau 73 headquarters; Bac Lieu 47 headquarters). Of which, party agencies: 6 agencies arranged headquarters at 107 Phan Ngoc Hien, Ward 5, Ca Mau City, Ca Mau Province. The State sector has 16 units, arranged 26 headquarters (of which 9 headquarters are in Bac Lieu). Provincial People's Council, headquarters at 288 Tran Hung Dao, Ward 5, Ca Mau City, Ca Mau Province.

Director of the Department of Construction of Ca Mau province, Du Minh Hung, said that more than 430 cases of registration for accommodation arrangements have been received. Based on that, the unit has prepared accommodation areas and is urgently implementing construction, and it is expected that by June 30, some locations will be completed and ready for service.
Specifically, some locations such as the official residence on Ngo Gia Tu Street and the dormitory of the Provincial Political School have been cleaned, repaired, and renovated to meet accommodation needs. If necessary, some more hotels will be rented to meet accommodation needs in accordance with regulations, ensuring stable and safe accommodation for long-term staff working in Ca Mau.
Speaking at the meeting, Permanent Vice Chairman of Bac Lieu Provincial People's Committee Huynh Huu Tri requested that agencies and units urgently compile and review equipment and vehicles, ensuring the principles of public asset management, economical and effective use. In particular, it is necessary to absolutely preserve and not lose records and documents; ensure proper storage, serving well the operation and management work.
In addition, units that cannot be immediately arranged to return to Ca Mau are required to proactively work online and hold online meetings to maintain smooth operations. All cadres, civil servants and public employees must always uphold a sense of responsibility, be proactive, and be ready to accept tasks, and not let any delays affect the overall work progress of the new Ca Mau provincial government apparatus after the merger.
