Nam Dinh Provincial Party Secretary appointed Deputy Chief of the Party Central Office

Mr. Pham Gia Tuc, Secretary of Nam Dinh Provincial Party Committee, was transferred, assigned and appointed to hold the position of Deputy Chief of the Central Party Office.

This afternoon (November 12), the Central Party Office organized the announcement of the Politburo 's decision on personnel work.

Accordingly, the Politburo decided that Mr. Pham Gia Tuc would cease to participate in the Executive Committee, the Standing Committee of the Provincial Party Committee, cease to hold the position of Secretary of the Nam Dinh Provincial Party Committee for the 2020-2025 term; and transfer, assign, and appoint him to the position of Deputy Chief of the Central Party Office.

Presenting the decision and congratulating the new Deputy Chief of the Party Central Office, Standing member of the Secretariat, and Chairman of the Central Inspection Committee, Tran Cam Tu, said that Mr. Pham Gia Tuc is a capable and experienced cadre, who has received basic training, matured from the grassroots, and has been trained in leadership positions in many different localities, agencies, and units.

In all his positions, Mr. Pham Gia Tuc always strives, trains, and completes assigned tasks well, making important contributions to the overall achievements and results of agencies and units.

Mr. Tran Cam Tu emphasized that the Central Party Office is an advisory and assisting agency of the Central Executive Committee, the Politburo, directly the Politburo, the Secretariat, and the Standing Committee of the Organizing Subcommittee serving the 14th Congress and implementing important projects.

Therefore, the collective leadership of the Party Central Office needs to thoroughly grasp the Party's viewpoints, policies, and resolutions, especially the direction of the Politburo, the Secretariat, and General Secretary To Lam on strongly innovating the Party's leadership and governing methods.

The Central Party Office must also proactively innovate and be creative; closely coordinate with relevant agencies to coordinate and do well the work of preparing for and serving the 14th National Party Congress to ensure timeliness, quality and highest efficiency, contributing to the success of the Congress.

Standing member of the Secretariat Tran Cam Tu believes that with his working experience, Mr. Pham Gia Tuc will quickly take over and approach the work with the leadership team of the Office, departments, bureaus, and units of the Central Party Office, and excellently complete the assigned tasks.

In his acceptance speech, the new Deputy Head of the Party Central Office Pham Gia Tuc affirmed to always improve his sense of responsibility and working capacity, strive to overcome all difficulties and challenges, inherit and promote the traditions and valuable experiences of the Party Central Office officials through the periods.

He also emphasized his determination to promptly grasp assigned tasks, unite with leaders, cadres, civil servants and employees of the Party Central Office, effectively perform tasks, and increasingly better meet the high requirements and great responsibilities of the Party agency.
