The bank offers a housing loan package with interest rates from 5% per year, loan terms up to 30 years, and a maximum limit of 100% of capital needs.
With the desire to support customers in accessing suitable loan sources, from now until June 30, BIDV is implementing a loan package to serve housing needs or early repayment of housing loans at other banks with an attractive interest rate policy, applicable in Hanoi and Ho Chi Minh City.

Loan term is up to 30 years, maximum loan limit is 100% of total capital needs, customers can plan to borrow capital to own their own home. Interest rates after the preferential period are applied according to BIDV's policy from time to time.
