Binh Duong: Fire destroys container truck cabin.

On the afternoon of June 18th, a container truck traveling on provincial road DT 743, in Thuan An City, Binh Duong province, suddenly caught fire in the cabin area, burning the front of the vehicle to ashes.

At approximately 5 PM on the same day, a container truck (license plate unknown) traveling from the 550 intersection towards the Song Than overpass suddenly caught fire at the front of the vehicle when it reached the area opposite the 4th Army Corps Hospital (Binh Hoa Ward, Thuan An City). The driver panicked, moved the vehicle to the side of the road, and attempted to extinguish the fire with a small fire extinguisher, but without success. The flames spread, engulfing the entire front of the truck.

Firefighters brought the fire under control.

Upon receiving the report, the Binh Duong Provincial Fire Department dispatched two water trucks to the scene and quickly extinguished the fire within minutes. However, the tractor unit was completely burned, leaving only a metal frame.
