Binh Thuy: Training on using the electronic Party Member Handbook

The Party Committee of Binh Thuy Ward organized a training course on using the electronic Party Member Handbook. Attending were Comrade Phan Thi Nguyet, Party Committee Secretary, Chairman of the People's Council of the Ward; Comrade Le Phuoc Loi, Standing Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee of the Ward; Comrades of the Executive Committee of the Ward Party Committee; Secretaries and Deputy Secretaries of the Party Committees and Party Cells under the ward; Secretaries of the Party Cells under the 8 grassroots Party Committees. In addition, each Party Cell sent 2 Party members and each regional Youth Union sent 2 Youth Union members who were Party members using smartphones and had installed the application of the Electronic Party Member Handbook.

Comrade Le Phuoc Loi, Standing Deputy Secretary of the Binh Thuy Ward Party Committee, spoke at the training session on using the electronic Party Member Handbook.

At the training session, the representative of the City Party Committee's Organizing Committee provided detailed instructions on the installation process, software management according to hierarchy and how to use the main functions of the application. The electronic party member handbook integrates many utilities such as profile management, party member accounts, document management, task assignment, quick document search, etc. to help improve the efficiency of management, activities and operations within the Party.

The application deployment is carried out in accordance with Regulation No. 339-QD/TW dated July 10, 2025 of the Secretariat on the use of the electronic Party Member Handbook application, ensuring consistency throughout the Party; information on the system is kept confidential and strictly managed, in accordance with Party regulations and State laws.

The application of the Electronic Party Member Handbook also contributes to the effective implementation of Resolution No. 57-NQ/TW dated December 22, 2024 of the Politburo on scientific and technological breakthroughs, innovation and national digital transformation, towards building a modern, professional and effective Party administration.
