Binh Xuyen disbursed public investment capital reaching over 330 billion VND

The contractor is focusing on speeding up the progress of the East-West axis road of Vinh Phuc urban area in Tan Phong commune, Binh Xuyen district.

Implementing solutions to accelerate the disbursement of public investment capital, up to now, the whole district has disbursed more than 330 billion VND, reaching more than 41% of the total assigned planned capital, including district-level budget capital of more than 310 billion VND, commune-level budget capital of more than 20 billion VND.

According to the analysis of the People's Committee of Binh Xuyen district, the disbursement results of public investment capital in the area are not high, mainly because the 2024 Land Law has many regulations on compensation, support, and resettlement compared to the 2013 Land Law, so many projects have to re-implement the land recovery notification process, the process to determine specific land prices; some projects have encountered difficulties in site clearance, so there is no land for construction.

In addition, in 2025, the People's Committee of Binh Xuyen district was assigned by the province to collect more than 200 billion VND from land use rights auctions, but so far the land auction has encountered difficulties, the total amount collected by the district has only reached more than 23 billion VND.

Therefore, some projects at district and commune levels as investors, although having completed volume, cannot disburse because revenue from land use rights auction is low, not enough to ensure capital disbursement...
