Notice 3670/BCT-TCCB dated May 22, 2025 sent to units under the Ministry of Industry and Trade stated that, implementing Official Dispatch No. 1961/BCA-C06 dated May 12, 2025 of the Ministry of Public Security on organizing and guiding 100% of cadres, civil servants, public employees, and workers to participate in collecting opinions on the draft amendments and supplements to a number of articles of the 2013 Constitution via the VNeID application, the Ministry of Industry and Trade requested units to implement a number of specific contents as follows:
Thoroughly disseminate and propagate to 100% of cadres, civil servants, public employees, workers and relatives to register for level 2 electronic identification accounts, install the VNeID electronic identification application, and make comments on the content of amending and supplementing a number of articles of the 2013 Constitution on VNeID.
For cadres, civil servants, public employees, and workers who do not have a level 2 electronic identification account, please contact the Department of Administrative Police for Social Order (PC06), the Public Security of provinces and centrally-run cities, or the Commune-level Police to receive and activate a level 2 electronic identification account.
The Ministry of Industry and Trade requests that units thoroughly disseminate this to civil servants, public employees, and workers under their management authority for implementation.
According to Document No. 3883/VPCP-PL dated May 6, 2025 conveying the direction of Deputy Prime Minister Le Thanh Long on the implementation of organizing the collection of opinions on the draft Resolution of the National Assembly amending and supplementing a number of articles of the 2013 Constitution, the Ministry of Public Security established and managed a utility system to collect public opinions on the VNeID application from May 6, 2025 to May 29, 2025. In addition to VNeID, individuals can contribute opinions to amend and supplement a number of articles of the Constitution on the National Assembly Electronic Information Portal, the Government Electronic Information Portal or send written opinions to agencies responsible for synthesizing public opinions. |
