At Vinh Xuan Residential Group (Nam Nha Trang Ward), many households in low-lying areas had their houses flooded, threatening their lives and property. As soon as they grasped the situation, Nha Trang Port Border Guard Station immediately activated the rescue plan, coordinating with local authorities to deploy the "4 on-site" motto. The Border Guard Station mobilized 2 specialized jet skis to participate in the rescue. The mobility of the jet skis helped the rescue force easily penetrate deep into isolated alleys, promptly approaching and supporting the emergency evacuation of many elderly people, women and children from dangerous areas to safe shelters.

In addition to evacuating people, soldiers also helped people to store their belongings and move their livestock to minimize damage. It is forecasted that Khanh Hoa province will continue to have heavy rains in the coming days, increasing the risk of deep flooding and landslides. The provincial Border Guard mobilized all forces, activated emergency plans, and was ready to support the locality in handling rescue situations.
