Implementing the program of coordination of propaganda on sea, islands, and land borders in 2025, closely following the direction of the Provincial Party Committee, the Coordination Program between Lai Chau Provincial Party Committee and the Party Committee of the Navy, the Provincial Party Committee's Propaganda and Mass Mobilization Commission has issued documents directing and guiding Party committees, Party organizations, and ideological and cultural agencies to promote propaganda, thoroughly grasp and implement propaganda activities on sea, islands, and land borders.

The provincial ideological and cultural agencies, the team of reporters and propagandists have closely followed the direction and orientation of propaganda, proactively developed monthly and ad hoc propaganda plans according to the tasks; provided complete, timely and correct information and propaganda, contributing to the successful implementation of the province's political tasks, creating trust and consensus in the whole society.

Through propaganda activities and movements, the campaign has significantly contributed to strengthening the belief and pride in the sea, islands, borders and homeland; raising the awareness of Party committees at all levels, authorities, cadres, Party members, people of all ethnic groups, especially border residents, to actively and proactively coordinate with functional forces to patrol, manage, protect and maintain the sovereignty of the sea, islands and borders of the Fatherland.

At the meeting, delegates discussed the limitations and proposed key directions and tasks for 2026, such as: continuing to innovate and improve the quality and effectiveness of coordination in propaganda work on seas and islands; continuing to effectively coordinate and implement gratitude activities; strengthening the grasp of the ideological situation and public opinion on issues related to sovereignty over seas, islands and land borders to have appropriate forms of propaganda orientation, avoiding hostile and reactionary forces taking advantage to incite people, causing political instability and social order and safety.

Speaking at the working session, Rear Admiral Hoang Luong Ngoc - Secretary of the Party Committee of the General Staff, Deputy Chief of Staff of the Navy and comrade Le Duc Duc - Member of the Standing Committee, Head of the Propaganda and Mass Mobilization Committee of Lai Chau Provincial Party Committee hoped that in the coming time, they would continue to coordinate more closely with agencies of Lai Chau province in propaganda work on seas and islands; propaganda to attract human resources to build the Navy and other meaningful activities, contributing to building the locality to maintain political and social stability; fostering the close bond between the army and the people, building a grassroots cultural life.
