Provincial Party Secretary Le Minh Ngan visited and congratulated the Department of Education and Training on Vietnamese Teachers' Day

Representatives of the Department of Education and Training reported on the situation of schools and classrooms.

At the visit and congratulation, comrade Mac Quang Dung - Director of the Department of Education and Training briefly reported to the leaders of the Provincial Party Committee on the situation of schools, classes, and teaching staff in the province; some outstanding results of the provincial education sector in recent years.

Speaking at the visit, Provincial Party Secretary Le Minh Ngan sent his deep gratitude and best wishes to teachers, managers and staff of the Education and Training sector on the occasion of the 43rd anniversary of Vietnamese Teachers' Day, November 20.

Comrade Le Minh Ngan - Provincial Party Secretary delivered a congratulatory speech to the Department of Education and Training on the occasion of Vietnam Teachers' Day.

The Provincial Party Secretary emphasized: The Party and State always pay attention to the education and training sector, considering education as the top national policy. Over the years, the province has always focused on and had practical policies for the education sector, thereby creating a foundation for the development of education in the province.

Provincial Party Secretary Le Minh Ngan suggested that in the coming time, the Department of Education and Training should pay attention to taking care of the material life of the staff and teachers. Advise the Provincial People's Committee to have policies for the staff and teachers working in border communes, in addition to the policies of the Party and State to encourage teachers, especially in border communes, remote and disadvantaged areas; enhance technology to connect teaching English and IT to students. At the same time, the Department should overcome the shortage of English and IT teachers; in the immediate future, successfully complete the tasks of the 2025-2026 school year. Coordinate with relevant agencies to complete the program of building 11 inter-level schools in border communes; study documents and policies to build a management model in future schools with the identity of the province.
