Allocate 18 billion VND to repair National Highway 27B through Ninh Thuan in 2025

According to the Ministry of Transport, the Road Network Planning for the 2021 - 2030 period, with a vision to 2050, National Highway 27B through Ninh Thuan province is 44km long, level III, with 2 - 4 lanes; the current status of the route is level IV, with 2 lanes.

The Ministry of Transport said that due to resource difficulties, it has not been able to arrange investment capital for National Highway 27B through Bac Ai district, Ninh Thuan province in the 2021 - 2025 period (illustrative photo).

"The Ministry of Transport acknowledges the voters' recommendations. In the process of developing a medium-term public investment plan for the 2026-2030 period, based on the ability to balance resources and capital allocation principles according to regulations, the Ministry of Transport will consider reporting to competent authorities to invest in National Highway 27B," said the Ministry of Transport.

According to the Ministry of Transport, to ensure traffic safety on the route, the Ministry of Transport has assigned the Vietnam Road Administration to carry out maintenance and repair work in 2023 and 2024 with a budget of about 28 billion VND. In 2025, it is expected to continue to allocate about 18 billion VND to continue maintenance and repair to ensure safe and convenient operation of the route.
