The company's representative said that the company currently employs 2,500 workers, with an average income of about 6.5 million VND/person/month. By the end of the first quarter of 2023, the factory had produced about 2.5 million products with an export turnover of about 13 million USD.
This year, the factory's orders have decreased due to the difficult global economic situation, the production trend is shifting to lower-cost countries such as Bangladesh, Indonesia, India, Central and South America. In addition, fluctuations in labor resources have more or less affected the company's operations.

Faced with that challenge, the company has made efforts to implement solutions to find more customers, diversify markets; promote direct production to be more proactive in goods sources; flexibly reorganize production, reduce working time and cut possible costs.
Visiting and encouraging workers at each workshop, Minister Dao Ngoc Dung also shared the difficulties of businesses. He hoped that leaders and workers would work together to maintain production and soon overcome the current difficulties.

Next, the Minister of Labor, Invalids and Social Affairs and the delegation visited the factory of Luxshare-ICT Nghe An Company Limited in VSIP Industrial Park in Hung Nguyen District. This is one of two companies of Luxshare-ICT Group investing in Nghe An.
Luxshare-ICT Nghe An Co., Ltd. has been operating since June 2020 and has created jobs for more than 7,500 workers. It is expected that by the end of 2023, the workforce will reach about 15,000 people.

The main products manufactured by the company are mainly cables, connecting wires, chargers, wireless chargers, wireless headphones; electronic cards, wireless headphone cases, computer speakers, handheld walkie-talkies, security cameras...
According to the leader of Luxshare-ICT Nghe An Co., Ltd., the company's main export markets are the US, India and part of South Korea. Currently, Luxshare-ICT Nghe An 2 is being prepared to start construction this year.

In response to the proposal of business leaders, Minister Dao Ngoc Dung suggested that businesses closely coordinate with vocational schools in Nghe An to train quality labor resources, moving towards bringing Vietnamese management teams into management positions to reduce labor costs and foreign experts; gradually increasing the localization rate in export products to reduce production costs.
