Theoretical training and knowledge update for nearly 160 cadres under the management of the Provincial Party Standing Committee

During the 3 days of September 25-27, Quang Tri Provincial Party Committee organized a theoretical training course to update knowledge for nearly 160 cadres under the management of the Provincial Party Committee Standing Committee. In his opening speech, Standing Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of the Provincial People's Council Nguyen Dang Quang affirmed: In recent years, the work of theoretical training and updating knowledge for cadres has always been regularly maintained by the Standing Committee of the Provincial Party Committee and Party committees at all levels in the province.

Thereby, helping cadres acquire more new and comprehensive information and knowledge; equipping them with more leadership and management skills and methods, thereby organizing and implementing assigned tasks well, contributing to improving the quality of the cadre team, meeting the requirements of tasks in the new situation.

The Standing Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee and Chairman of the Provincial People's Council said that the contents of this training course will help cadres under the management of the Provincial Party Committee Standing Committee to apply them flexibly and creatively in the process of performing political tasks of localities, agencies and units, contributing to the overall development of the province.

For the training course to be highly effective, students are requested to arrange and allocate time to fully participate in the content and program.

In the training and knowledge update program, the students listened to the Permanent Vice President of the Central Theoretical Council, Prof. Dr. Ta Ngoc Tan, presenting the following topics: Building a system of cultural values and Vietnamese people in the new era; Studying the content of the work "Proud and confident under the glorious flag of the Party, determined to build an increasingly rich, civilized, cultured and heroic Vietnam" (an article by General Secretary Nguyen Phu Trong on the occasion of the 94th anniversary of the founding of the Communist Party of Vietnam , February 3 (1930-2024).

Former Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs, Head of the Permanent Mission of Vietnam to the United Nations, Associate Professor, Dr. Dang Dinh Quy delivered a presentation on the topic of innovation in the Party's leadership methods in the context of international integration.

Standing Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee Ha Sy Dong informed about the Planning of Quang Tri province for the period 2021-2030, with a vision to 2050; Commander of the Provincial Military Command, Colonel Nguyen Huu Dan disseminated the Special Topic on the strategy to protect the Fatherland in the new situation.

Head of the Department, Head of the Party Building Department of Nhan Dan Newspaper Phan Phuong Quyen conveyed the topic of media crisis and how to handle media crisis to leaders and managers.

At the end of the training course, students will research and write reports on studying and following Ho Chi Minh's ideology, morality and style in preventing corruption and negativity.
