On October 5, Sacombank leaders met with the Ho Chi Minh City women's volleyball team to share their expectations for the development of volleyball in particular and the city's sports sector in general. At the meeting, Sacombank leaders announced and awarded a sponsorship package of VND 6 billion to the Ho Chi Minh City women's volleyball team to encourage the spirit as well as provide financial support for the team in preparation for the 2023 National Volleyball Championship - Duc Giang Chemical Cup, which is about to begin phase 2.
This fund will be used to supplement the salary and bonus regime for coaches and athletes and to recruit more good domestic players as well as quality foreign players to strengthen the team. Sacombank affirmed that it will continue to accompany and have other necessary support solutions for the training and competition activities of the Ho Chi Minh City women's volleyball team.
