Forced to suspend operations of a beauty salon in Bien Hoa for not having a license to operate medical examination and treatment

At the time of the inspection, Lucy's business was operating under the name Lucy International Beauty Salon. The facility did not have a price list and had two patients coming for weight loss and "sensitive part" enlargement treatments.

Of which, Ms. LTB used the weight loss service and paid half of the service price, which was 6.5 million VND, while Mr. NCT paid nearly 30 million VND for the service of increasing the size of his "sensitive parts".

Notably, despite providing treatment and cosmetic services to customers, the facility could not present a medical examination and treatment license at the time of inspection.

The delegation also noted that the second floor of this beauty salon has 2 treatment rooms, each with 4 beds and many types of machines such as slimming machines, blackhead removal machines; the third floor has 2 rooms, of which 1 is empty, 1 room has 2 beds and slimming machines, laser hair removal machines. In addition, the delegation also noted that there are many types of drugs and goods on the 2nd and 3rd floors.

The delegation decided to temporarily detain and seal many types of goods of this facility. Along with that, the delegation requested the facility to stop operating from April 28, right at the time of inspection, at the same time the owner of the facility must bring all relevant documents to continue verification and work.
