Provincial leaders paid their respects to Comrade Pham Minh Doan, former Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee and former Chairman of the People's Committee of Thanh Hoa province.

On the morning of March 24th, a delegation from the Thanh Hoa Provincial Party Committee, Provincial People's Council, Provincial People's Committee, and Provincial Fatherland Front Committee visited to pay respects to Comrade Pham Minh Doan, former Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee and former Chairman of the Thanh Hoa Provincial People's Committee.

Comrade Lai The Nguyen, Standing Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of the Provincial People's Council, Head of the Provincial Delegation of National Assembly Deputies, and other provincial leaders paid their respects to Comrade Pham Minh Doan.

At the memorial service, on behalf of the Provincial Party Committee, the Provincial People's Council, the Provincial People's Committee, and the Provincial Fatherland Front Committee, comrades Lai The Nguyen, Standing Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of the Provincial People's Council, and Head of the Provincial National Assembly Delegation; Do Minh Tuan, Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee and Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee; Trinh Tuan Sinh, Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee; and other comrades in the Standing Committee of the Provincial Party Committee, the Standing Committee of the Provincial People's Council, the leadership of the Provincial People's Committee, the Provincial Fatherland Front Committee, the Provincial National Assembly Delegation, along with leaders of provincial departments, agencies, and organizations, laid wreaths and offered incense to pay respects to Comrade Pham Minh Doan and offered condolences to his family.

Comrade Lai The Nguyen, Standing Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of the Provincial People's Council, and Head of the Provincial Delegation of National Assembly Deputies, offered incense to pay respects to Comrade Pham Minh Doan.

Comrade Pham Minh Doan, a member of the Communist Party of Vietnam , was born on February 24, 1945, in Vinh Long commune, Vinh Loc district, Thanh Hoa province. He resides at house number 36, Tran Oanh street, Truong Thi ward, Thanh Hoa city. He was formerly the Deputy Secretary of the Thanh Hoa Provincial Party Committee, former Chairman of the Thanh Hoa Provincial People's Committee; former member of the Thanh Hoa Provincial Party Committee (13th, 14th, and 15th terms); former Director of the Thanh Hoa Department of Trade and Tourism; former Director of the Thanh Hoa Tax Department; and former Deputy Director of the Thanh Hoa Department of Finance and Prices.

Comrade Do Minh Tuan, Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee and Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee, offered incense to pay respects to Comrade Pham Minh Doan.

Comrade Trinh Tuan Sinh, Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, offered incense to pay respects to Comrade Pham Minh Doan.

Comrade has been awarded the 55-Year Party Membership Badge; the Second Class Labor Medal; and numerous Certificates of Merit, medals, and commemorative badges by the Party and the State, awarded by various Ministries, Departments, and Central Agencies.

Provincial leaders offered incense to pay respects to Comrade Pham Minh Doan.

The memorial service will be held at 6:00 AM on March 25, 2025.

The wake and memorial service will be held at the family home (36 Tran Oanh Street, Truong Thi Ward, Thanh Hoa City).

Cremation will take place at Phuc Lac Vien Universal Crematorium and burial will be at Vinh Long commune cemetery, Vinh Loc district.
