This morning, June 17, in Ha Long city, the Provincial Business Association organized the Weekend Business Cafe program. Attending were Mr. Vu Van Dien, Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee and leaders of a number of departments, branches and localities.

In an open and frank spirit, the Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee, together with leaders of departments, branches, localities and many enterprises, discussed, exchanged and analyzed, and clarified many issues that enterprises still have difficulties with in relation to investment procedures and environmental resources. In particular, focusing on discussing solutions and removing difficulties in the project of land mines serving the leveling of public investment projects in the area; procedures related to the extension of clay mines serving the production of construction materials to ensure sustainable and circular economic development; speeding up procedures for a number of projects using land, thereby resolving the interests of secondary investors and stabilizing people's lives...

Speaking here, Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee Vu Van Dien emphasized that in the coming time, the Provincial People's Council will study and consider passing a Resolution to further strengthen support for businesses and the business cafe program will be a practical bridge to receive information in the most specific and detailed way, thereby not only solving difficulties for businesses but also creating initiatives in developing businesses and the business community.

Regarding the contents discussed at today's program, the Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee requested that enterprises collect and systematize documents, proactively look up transitional conditions so that the Provincial People's Committee can hold specialized meetings to resolve each content.
