According to Mr. Dang Kim Hieu, due to the attention of the company's leaders, the activities of representing and protecting the legal and legitimate rights and interests of union members and employees of Hi-Tech Vietnam Apparel Company Limited have been more favorable.
The company always focuses on the interests of employees in all decisions, because only when their lives are guaranteed can they stay long-term and contribute to the company's benefits.

Mr. Hieu said: "The company's Board of Directors always prioritizes the dissemination of guidelines, policies, laws of the Vietnamese State and the tasks of the trade union organization in taking care of workers' lives.
As a member of the grassroots trade union, I have to research policies and advise the board of directors to participate in building laws, policies and regimes on labor, wages, labor protection, social insurance, health insurance and other policies and regimes for employees at the company. The collective labor agreement is built and receives the consent of employees, harmonizing the interests of both parties.
The company's trade union is also a representative participating in inspecting and supervising the implementation of policies and regimes, participating in company councils to resolve issues related to employees; making recommendations to state agencies to supplement, amend and resolve industry policies and regimes, meeting the requirements of industry development and employee benefits.

Trade union activities must truly become a bridge, ensuring harmonious interests between employees and employers, actively contributing to building stable and progressive relationships in enterprises.
Contribute to the development of the company
Holding the position of Chairman of the Trade Union of Hi-Tech Vietnam Apparel Co., Ltd. from 2014 to present, Mr. Hieu has always made many positive contributions.
Mr. Phan Xuan Quang - Chairman of the Provincial Federation of Labor (FFL) commented: "Mr. Hieu is the only representative of the Chairman of the Trade Union of Quang Nam to be honored by the Vietnam General Confederation of Labor this time for his positive contributions to the development of the company and the union organization.

With union activities, Mr. Hieu is always active, creating many playgrounds and useful activities for union members and workers at the grassroots level, as well as participating in activities organized by the district and province. The work that Mr. Hieu said was his duty helped workers feel secure in working in the company, making an important contribution to the development of society.
The total number of employees at Hi-Tech Vietnam Apparel Company Limited is currently 1,890 people (86% are female). The implementation of labor laws, social policies, and social insurance-related regimes is always fully and transparently implemented by the company and the trade union.
All employees are given a health check-up every 6 months at a cost of 389 thousand VND. In some cases where illness is detected, the company has created favorable conditions in terms of time and advised timely examination and treatment. The salary scale system and labor regulations are built publicly. The Tet bonus and productivity bonus regimes for implemented projects are guaranteed.

Thanks to the good implementation of policies on social responsibility and working environment, the company's product quality meets the requirements of major customers in the world such as Nike, Sanmar. With regular orders, Hi-Tech Vietnam factory always maintains and receives large orders with higher value than other branches in the same group, helping employees have regular jobs.
Mr. Hieu said: "The company also pays great attention to organizing mid-shift meals. The Trade Union regularly inspects and supervises, so there have been no cases of food poisoning in recent years.
Employees are entitled to overtime, personal labor protection, year-end bonuses, gifts for employees on holidays, sick leave, and maternity leave in accordance with the law. Care and concern for sick union members, funerals, and happy occasions are always given attention.
When a worker is seriously ill or in trouble, the Trade Union calls on all workers in the company and customers to help, share, and arouse the spirit of solidarity and mutual support. From practical and meaningful concern, each union member perceives the union organization and the company as the second home of the worker.
