Exemplary grassroots front cadres, dedicated to work

As Chairman of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of A Ngo Commune, Mr. Ho Cong Oanh has made constant efforts to successfully complete the assigned tasks. As the head of the Commune Front, he proactively built annual work plans close to local realities, organized conferences and regular meetings in accordance with the Charter of the Vietnam Fatherland Front. He collected and promptly reported the opinions and recommendations of voters and people to the Party Committee and the government, contributing to solving practical problems at the grassroots level.

Not only acting as a bridge, Mr. Oanh also participates in monitoring, social criticism, and guiding the activities of the Front Work Committee, the People's Inspection Committee, and the Community Investment Supervision Committee. He closely coordinates with the government and organizations to implement patriotic emulation movements and mobilize people to participate in building new rural areas. His dedication has contributed to strengthening people's trust in the government and the Front organization.

One of the highlights of his work was directing the organization of the National Great Unity Day in 7 residential areas in the commune. With the participation of more than 3,435 people, the festival became an opportunity to strengthen solidarity and cohesion among all classes of people. In addition, the Vietnam Fatherland Front and socio-political organizations of the commune actively mobilized the "For the Poor" Fund with a total amount of more than 69 million VND, together with the superior front to support the construction of 26 Great Unity houses worth 1.82 billion VND, calling for socialized resources to build 6 wells worth 90 million VND for the people.

In the context of COVID-19, he coordinated to mobilize 37.25 million VND along with a lot of food and provisions to support people to overcome difficulties. He also called for support for the Northern people affected by storms and floods with an amount of more than 45 million VND. These actions not only demonstrate a sense of responsibility but also show the compassion and sharing of a grassroots front cadre.

Not only dedicated to his work, Mr. Ho Cong Oanh is also an official who always upholds the spirit of learning and creativity. He regularly studies new documents and policies to apply in practice, handling work effectively and in accordance with legal regulations. His creativity is demonstrated through organizing patriotic emulation movements associated with major national events, thereby arousing the spirit of solidarity and responsibility of the people.

His efforts have been recognized by leaders at all levels through a series of titles and awards, from certificates of merit from the Party Committee and People's Committee of A Ngo commune, Dakrong district to certificates of merit from the People's Committee of Quang Tri province and the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of the province, "Grassroots Emulation Fighter" in 2023 and 2024.

With his dedication, exemplary and creative spirit, Mr. Ho Cong Oanh has contributed to affirming the role of the Vietnam Fatherland Front in social life. His achievements are a living proof of the spirit of "Grassroots Front cadres - the torch that lights the way, the wind that breathes life" for the cause of national unity.
