Kite flying festival on the beach at The Cliff Resort (Phu Hai ward, Phan Thiet city) with more than 100 kites of various shapes simulating marine life, animals, etc.

This is the 11th kite festival in the Hello Sunny series of events held annually.

The festival also has 500 small kites for visitors to experience kite flying on the sea, contributing to creating a joyful atmosphere on the occasion of the April 30 and May 1 holidays when visitors come to Binh Thuan province for sightseeing and tourism.

Phan Thiet City organizes a boat race to celebrate the 50th anniversary of the Liberation of the South and National Reunification (April 30, 1975 - April 30, 2025).

The competition distances are 300m, 500m rowing and 1,200m turning boat racing.

The boat race has nearly 300 athletes from 9 boat racing teams from communes and wards including: Mui Ne, Phu Hai, Binh Hung, Phu Tai, Phu Trinh, Lac Dao, Duc Long, Ham Tien, Tien Thanh.
