| Mr. Nguyen Van Nghia, Chairman of the People's Committee of Ngoc Liep commune, said that the incident of cracking the left dike of Tich in Quoc Oai district in terms of width, depth and length during storm No. 3 and the flood after the storm, caused a risk of insecurity for the left dike of Tich in the commune. |

Mr. Nghia said that currently people and vehicles under 10 tons are still allowed to move on the dike. |
