The procedures, deadlines, fees, and support phone numbers must be publicly posted at all reception points for people to easily look up.

At the same time, branches must regularly inspect, monitor, and record feedback to promptly correct negative manifestations and collusion with intermediaries. Branches also have the responsibility to promote online application submission and use postal delivery to limit opportunities for intermediaries to access.

The Center also recommends that banks, credit institutions, notary offices, and law offices clearly inform customers about the forms of application submission. Absolutely do not introduce, assist, or collude with intermediary services. If you discover any brokerage, illegal fee collection, or making it difficult for people to use intermediary services, please report immediately to the Center for strict handling.
