During rush hour on the afternoon of February 21, on many roads and streets in Hanoi such as: Tran Duy Hung, Le Van Luong, Lang Ha, Ho Tung Mau, Ton That Thuyet, Lang, Cau Giay,... there was a long traffic jam, causing tens of thousands of cars and motorbikes to struggle to move in the cold rain.

17:20, cars and motorbikes lined up on Lang Ha street.

At 5:30 p.m., Le Van Luong - Lang Ha overpass was packed with cars and motorbikes.

5pm-7pm is rush hour, people go home from work, pick up their children from school. This afternoon, Hanoi has drizzle, cold weather so the demand for private cars is higher than usual.

The BRT lane on Le Van Luong Street is packed with motorbikes. According to Dan Tri reporters, during rush hour on the afternoon of February 21, at many times, Le Van Luong Street in the direction of To Huu was completely jammed, with thousands of vehicles standing still.

Traffic chaos at the U-turn point on Le Van Luong Street during rush hour makes traffic congestion on this route even more serious.

The long traffic jams made many people feel tired.

On Truong Chinh Street towards Nga Tu So, there is also traffic congestion on both the elevated and underground roads.

On Tran Duy Hung Street towards Thang Long Avenue, a long line of vehicles moved meter by meter.

At 6:30 p.m., hundreds of people were still stuck in the cold, unable to return home.

Many motorbikes weaved on the sidewalk of Nguyen Chi Thanh street to escape traffic jams.

At 7 p.m., thousands of vehicles still struggled to move each meter on Nguyen Trai Street.
