At the program, comrade Nguyen Ho Manh emphasized the pioneering role of young people in the digital transformation era. He said that artificial intelligence is opening up many opportunities but also posing many challenges. Young people are the leading force not only in accessing new technology but also knowing how to turn technology into a tool to serve the community. Applying AI in practice such as building an effective union member management system, organizing creative online programs or analyzing data to grasp the needs of young people in each locality is a testament to the spirit of daring to think and daring to do. Young people need to know how to take advantage of their strengths of flexibility and quick learning ability to make technology a companion in their journey of doing Union work.

In an era of ever-evolving technology, Uncle Ho's idea of "dare to think, dare to do" still holds true. Artificial intelligence is a useful tool, but young people who want to develop must dare to innovate their thinking, dare to try things that no one has tried before, and dare to fail to grow. That is the revolutionary spirit in the digital age.

For comrade Phan Thi Quynh Trang - Secretary of the Youth Union of Vinh University, during her working process, she has been awarded many certificates of merit by the Ministry of Education and Training, the Central Youth Union, the Central Vietnam Student Association, with some outstanding achievements such as: Title of "Outstanding young civil servant of Nghe An province"; Twice recognized as a typical progressive youth following Uncle Ho's teachings nationwide, Outstanding young Party member of Nghe An province, Individual won high prizes in the National Competition of excellent lecturers in pedagogical skills.

Speaking at the program, comrade Phan Thi Quynh Trang said that “the era of national development” is not only a big goal but also a call to today’s young generation. In order for the ideal of “Youth following Uncle Ho’s teachings” to truly come into life, each member, student and student of Nghe An needs to start with specific actions such as studying seriously, living responsibly, practicing skills and daring to start a business from their own aspirations.

According to comrade Trang, the responsibility of Nghe An youth in the new period is to turn love for the homeland into concrete actions, constantly study, innovate and contribute to the common development of the province. The Resolution of the 19th Provincial Party Congress has set the goal that by 2025 Nghe An will become a fairly developed province in the Northern region, and by 2030 it will become a fairly developed province in the whole country. This is not only an important political task but also an invitation for the young generation to join hands in action.

To realize that vision, Nghe An youth need to do three things well: turn schools and lecture halls into starting points for innovation; bring the spirit of community service into every small action; commit not only with youthful strength but also with great aspirations. Learning from Uncle Ho is to follow in his footsteps with new paths, new actions, with a great aspiration: to build a dynamic, knowledgeable, humane Nghe An, capable of rising up in the new era.

To become digital citizens, young people today need not only knowledge but also technological skills, creative thinking and flexible adaptability. In addition, teamwork skills, self-study and constant passion are the foundation for young people to assert themselves, contributing to leading the future of the country.

The art exchange program also featured performances by mass art troupes from Dien Bien and Cao Bang provinces, bringing unique performances, contributing to spreading the spirit of studying and following Ho Chi Minh's ideology, morality and style among today's young generation.
