2024 Pink Holiday Youth Volunteer Campaign in Dao Duc Commune, Vi Xuyen District

As part of the series of activities of the program to respond to the year of youth volunteering 2024. On July 27, the Vietnam Youth Union, Ha Giang Provincial Youth Union, British University Vietnam Volunteer Club and the Community Fund for Natural Disaster Prevention and Control together with sponsors organized the 2024 Pink Holiday Youth Campaign in Dao Duc Commune, Vi Xuyen District. Attending were Mr. Nguyen Hai Duong, Former President of the Central Committee of the Vietnam Red Cross Society .

Delegates presented gifts to war veterans and families with revolutionary contributions on the occasion of July 27th anniversary.

In Dao Duc commune, the Red Holiday Youth Volunteer Program has carried out many meaningful activities such as giving 25 gifts to families of policy beneficiaries, war veterans, people with meritorious services to the revolution, 50 gifts to students with difficult circumstances and good academic performance, and providing free medical examination and treatment and medicine to hundreds of people in Dao Duc commune.

Delegates presented gifts to excellent students of Dao Duc commune.

Through this, to demonstrate the spirit of volunteerism of young people joining hands to carry out meaningful and practical activities towards the community, to express deep gratitude and appreciation to war veterans and families with meritorious services on the occasion of the 77th anniversary of War Invalids and Martyrs Day, July 27, to encourage disadvantaged students to be good and studious, and to contribute to the locality in carrying out social security work well.

A team of young doctors from central and local hospitals examined and provided free medicine to households in Dao Duc commune, Vi Xuyen district.
