Accompanying the delegation were Ms. Nguyen Thi Thanh - Chairwoman of Tan Bien District People's Committee, the District Military Command, leaders of local Party committees and authorities of border communes in Tan Bien District. At each militia post, the Political Commissar of the Provincial Military Command and delegates listened to the post commander report on the post's activities, achievements, advantages and difficulties.

Colonel Nguyen Thanh Phong acknowledged and was pleased with the results that the officers and soldiers at the checkpoint have achieved in the past time.
