Tan Chau: Ready for the 10th grade entrance exam and high school graduation exam

The 10th grade entrance exam for the 2025-2026 school year will take place on June 3 and 4. Tan Chau district has 1,422 candidates graduating from junior high school in the 2024-2025 school year. The number of candidates registering for the entrance exam to specialized high schools is 44 candidates; 1,253 candidates will take the combined exam.

The district is expected to organize 3 examination councils with 58 examination rooms. Of which, the Tan Hung High School examination council has 276 candidates; the Tan Chau High School examination council has 644 candidates and the Tan Dong High School examination council has 333 candidates. Particularly for the 2025 high school graduation exam, the whole district has 1,083 candidates participating with 2 examination councils.

Speaking at the meeting, Ms. Nguyen Thi Phuong - Vice Chairman of the District People's Committee emphasized that the entrance exam for grade 10 and high school graduation is an importanteducational event, having a great impact on students, parents and society. At the same time, she requested agencies and localities to strengthen propaganda, especially about the new points of the exam; promote the sense of responsibility, coordinate closely, and be proactive in all situations so that the exam takes place safely, seriously, in accordance with regulations, objectively and effectively.
