The Department of Finance has been implementing many solutions to accompany, support and remove difficulties for enterprises. In business registration activities, the Department guides, completes and exempts business registration dossiers. As the focal point for receiving difficulties and problems of the business community, through Business Associations and Unions, the Department has handled and resolved difficulties and problems of enterprises according to its authority; in cases where the handling content exceeds its authority, the Department reports to the City People's Committee to direct the sectors or proposes to higher-level agencies to resolve according to their authority.

Capacity building activities are regularly organized to improve the capacity of enterprises and entrepreneurs. At the conference, enterprises discussed policies to support enterprises as well as difficulties and obstacles in the process of operation and accessing support policies. In particular, enterprises highly appreciated the support programs that closely follow the reality and bottlenecks of enterprises. At the same time, enterprises also proposed that the Department should organize more activities to connect and support enterprises in accessing policies, land, markets, capital, etc.

Mr. La Phuc Thanh, Director of the Department of Finance, affirmed that the business community has made great contributions to economic and social development. Recently, the Government has issued Resolution 68 on private economic development, the National Assembly also passed Resolution 198 on a number of special mechanisms and policies for private economic development, which will be an important basis to promote business development. In the area, policies to support businesses have also been implemented and received very good coordination and support from associations.

In the coming time, the Department will also focus on listening to feedback from businesses; implementing support policies; strengthening inter-sectoral coordination to resolve difficulties of businesses. At the same time, the Director of the Department of Finance also expressed his hope that associations will be companions and connecting bridges, grasping difficulties and providing the best support for businesses; businesses will be open, contribute ideas, and accompany the city in building a friendly investment and business environment, creating momentum for local socio-economic development.
