According to the leader of the People's Committee of Can Tho City, each locality has its own characteristics. Therefore, when there is a connection and cooperation, it will create richness and diversity of tourism products; create conditions for businesses to exchange, connect, cooperate and develop more and more; strengthen the connection of tours and tourist routes between the localities of the Central region - Mekong Delta, contribute to stimulating the development of flights to Can Tho city and vice versa, promoting tourism development.

To enhance cooperation and linkage in tourism development in the coming time between localities, the Department of Culture, Sports and Tourism of Can Tho city proposes a number of specific solutions such as: Researching and proposing to open a direct flight route from Can Tho to Phu Bai international airport. At the same time, increasing the frequency of flights from Can Tho to Hue via satellite airports such as Da Nang. Cooperating to build joint tourism promotion and promotion programs, participating in festivals, events, and tourism fairs at home and abroad, especially targeting the international market...
