On the afternoon of December 17th, Mr. Tran Huu Minh Tung, Chairman of the People's Committee of Tien Thanh Ward (Lam Dong Province), stated that local authorities had summoned Mr. D.KT, the owner of Tien Thanh gasoline station (Tien Thanh Gasoline Enterprise), for questioning regarding a video circulating on social media showing a customer buying gasoline without cash, requesting a bank transfer but being refused by the gas station employee, who then withdrew all the fuel already pumped into the vehicle.

During the meeting, Mr. T. confirmed the incident. The employee involved, Mr. NNC, had behaved disrespectfully towards the customer. However, Mr. T. was not present at the store at the time of the incident, so he was unable to handle it promptly, leading to the unfortunate event.

Following the incident, Mr. T. dismissed the employee and instructed gas station staff to accept cash or bank transfers from customers upon request.

As reported by SGGP newspaper, in recent days, a video posted on social media by the account "My Quỳnh" has been circulating, depicting an incident where a customer went to Tien Thanh gas station to fill up with 50,000 VND worth of gasoline. After the gasoline was pumped, the customer, not having cash, requested a bank transfer, but the gas station employee refused. An argument ensued, and the employee withdrew all the gasoline that had been pumped into the customer's vehicle, forcing the customer to walk about 3km.
