Ninh Thuan Chairman sends letter of thanks to businesses for PCI index increasing 38 places

On May 11, Chairman of Ninh Thuan Provincial People's Committee Tran Quoc Nam said that according to the Provincial Competitiveness Index (PCI) Ranking 2023 just announced by the Vietnam Federation of Commerce and Industry (VCCI), Ninh Thuan province ranked 11th out of 63 provinces and cities, ranked 2nd out of 14 provinces and cities in the Central coastal region, up 19 places compared to 2022 and is in the top 30 provinces and cities with the best quality of governance in PCI 2023.

The head of Ninh Thuan province assessed this as a very positive and remarkable result, demonstrating the efforts and determination of the business community and investors to overcome the difficult and challenging year of 2023, joining hands and sharing with the Ninh Thuan provincial government.

Mr. Tran Quoc Nam commented that it is the objective and responsible assessment of the business community about the investment environment that has helped Ninh Thuan continuously increase 38 ranks in 2 consecutive years, from 49th place in 2021 to 11th place out of 63 provinces and cities in 2023.

"This is a great motivation and encouragement for the entire Ninh Thuan provincial government to continue to improve the quality of management and strongly improve the investment and business environment in the province," Mr. Tran Quoc Nam shared.

From the achieved results, Mr. Tran Quoc Nam emphasized that the locality is committed to continuing to create all favorable and open conditions for investors and businesses to accompany, contribute and share successes with the motto "Your success is also our success".
