Mr. Ma Van Binh is a disabled veteran with 61% disability. He participated in the revolution from 1972 to 1987, in the old Ba Ria Vung Tau battlefield.

Talking to war invalid Ma Van Binh, Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee Ho Van Muoi kindly asked about his health, rest regime, and family's economic situation. The Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee also expressed his deep gratitude and appreciation for the sacrifices and contributions of him and previous generations in the struggle to protect the Fatherland.

The President hopes that war invalids, sick soldiers, and families of policy beneficiaries continue to set an example, promote the qualities of Uncle Ho's soldiers, and set a shining example for their children and society to follow.

“The Party, State, government and people of Lam Dong province are always grateful for the contributions and sacrifices of previous generations. Local Party committees, authorities, sectors and organizations will continue to carry out the movement of “Repaying gratitude”. Policies and regimes for people with meritorious services must be given more attention. Local authorities must regularly encourage, visit and help policy families to improve their lives,” emphasized Chairman of the Provincial People’s Committee Ho Van Muoi.

On behalf of the family of war invalid Ma Van Binh, we express our deep gratitude to the Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee, organizations, departments and localities for their attention. The family will continue to uphold the good tradition and be a shining example for their descendants to follow.
